Standard Return Policy

If you want to return a product, please note the following: 

• You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Only items that have been purchased directly from Alartis, through the Alartis Online Store, can be returned to Alartis. 

• We accept return for only undamaged product with its included accessories along with the original receipt and only if the product you received was different from the product you had originally purchased. 

If you return a product, we provide an additional examination of authenticity and quality of returning product. Once we complete examination, a refund is initiated immediately. To return an item to Alartis, contact ヘルプ.     

Note: You can only return items from one order at a time.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Alartis reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Alartis Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices shown are in Japanese yen. If you are paying for your order via international money transfer, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank regarding these fees.

In accordance with state and local law, your Alartis Online Store purchases will be taxed using the applicable sales tax. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Once we receive your Online order, we'll provide you with the following email order confirmation:

• An invoice (the sales price as well as any applicable taxes)
• Payment instructions
• Property collection notice including date of availability and location of your property
• Shipping information.

Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Alartis's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Alartis may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. The Alartis Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Alartis cancels an order after you have already been billed, Alartis will refund the billed amount. 

Your payment is due within seven days after the placing an order. We accept wire transfers, bank drafts or cashier's orders, cash or checks.

Shipping & Delivery

We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping is free on all orders. We make all necessary arrangements for the packing, shipping and transit insurance of the purchased items. Your order is shipped to the address you provided during your order process. It is not possible to collect online purchases in person; all purchases will be shipped. Alartis uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Usually, we deliver your order within 14 days, however, delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the time of day you place your order. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Alartis's control once it leaves our studios, Alartis cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. 

International shipping

Principally products purchased online from Alartis will be shipped to addresses within Japan and are subject to Japanese and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. If you want to purchase Alartis products online from outside of Japan, we may charge you additional delivery fees.
